Happy new year
As 2022 has drawn to a close we wish you all a happy new year as we look forward to taking on 2023 and the future of Stag Print! Join us in taking a look back at what we have achieved over 2022, from introducing Bare Bar to the Stag Print customer family to investing into new machinery – more on that in our next blog.
Bare Bar has been a valued partner ever since they joined our customer family during the start of 2022. Working with Bare Bar has seen us produce sustainable packaging for their 100% natural soap range using Kraft paperboard, a very simple but effective material with a short process journey from tree to board to finished packaging. The material is uncoated, unbleached and lightweight which is a draw to companies looking to complement their natural sustainable product.
As well as our growing customers, 2022 has seen an evolving team. We have two new arrivals that we expect to make a big impact – Aaron Thompson, our junior social media manager, and Paul Jaffray, an experienced press minder. 2023 is looking to be a busy one so our team is expected to grow even more as the year progresses!
2022 also saw the continued support of local mental health charity Oakleaf, who held their 25th anniversary event in October. We were very pleased to produce free promotional posters and brochures for this event as support for the great work they do. The end of the year also saw Oakleaf do a ‘Christmas Kindness’ appeal which saw supporters, including Stag Print, donate to put a Christmas decoration on their virtual Christmas tree – what a brilliant idea!
2022 was a great year for us and 2023 is looking to be even bigger and better. You may have spotted our social media posts saying farewell to three of our machines, well, we have a state-of-the-art investment due to start production very soon – watch this space!
