Double Drip boxes made from Metallised Boards

Folding box board is laminated with a metallic film to give the board a metal look. Our Litho printing press is fitted with an LED UV drier which enables us to print directly onto this substrate.

We use our 5th colour unit to print white ink. In this case white was required for compliance with warning label standards and to ensure that barcode readers can correctly scan the barcode. White can also be used prior to printing the other inks to remove the metallised effect on parts of the board.
